Shattered cracked glass screen on Dell Venue Pro

I dropped my dell venue pro a couple feet from the ground, face first.  To my surprise, the gorilla glass completed shattered with glass bits coming off and dozens of cracks.  The LCD is fine and the device is completely usable aside from being able to read clearly.  I've found one place that sells replacement glass screens.  Does anyone have any experience with replacing the screen?  Seems like it would be easy to do
