Venue 11 Pro 5130 corrupt Bios

Hello,

I have a Venue 11 Pro 5130 that won't get past the Dell logo screen. The issue happened after a failed Bios update. I'm wondering if anyone has any experience with BIOS recovery on this model. I have created a USB key using the instructions here but no luck with initiating the recovery on the venue pro:
