Hello,

My U2720Q USB Type-C upstream port doesn't work. I tried it in a Windows desktop PC and in a MacBook Pro M1 2020 laptop. I tried the Type-C to Type-C and Type-C to Type-A cable that comes with this monitor.

Because of that problem, I can't update the firmware to see if that solves other problems that I have. The current version of my firmware is M2T101.

Are there alternative ways to update the firmware? Or any suggestion to solve this problem?

Update = After verifying ownership and completing troubleshooting, a DELL agent setup a U2720Q exchange.
