I have a Dell 1905FP and bottom part of the display flickers when using.
i did the STFC also. but screen flickers in that moment too. so what should i do now to solve this problem.

Since it failed the STFC, is defective. You would have to take it to a local TV repair person to diagnose which internal component has failed. But it is not worth it for a 9 year old monitor.
