Hello. I suggest using "upholstery knife" or any other thin knife to push those pins down. ------- On the bottom part of VESA there are two metal pins/teeth that hold the stand in place. Each pin is placed 3,5cm appart from the middle button. To detatch the stand You need to push thin knife into tight place between plastic, and force push the metal pins down (forcing them hide themself, so they move towards bottom of monitor). The best way to do it is to lay the monitor down on the flat surface, facing it screen down and when You try to unlock the pins, its obvious u need to pull the stand gently.

No idea. We have never seen this issue. You will need to have a local TV repair center disassemble the monitor to get to the release.

Can't you simply press on the stem to release the stand? The plastic button that covered the stem did this.
