I apologise if this has been answered before, however I really need advice on this.
I have a Dell ST3210 monitor with my Dell Studio xps 7100 desktop computer.
The monitor has no sound, and I wanted to ask which soundbar should I purchase, espcially for gaming?
I would really appreciate any help.
For gaming, I would not use a soundbar. The lows are not that good on most soundbar's. I would connect speakers directly to the computer. Any soundbar you choose must have its own power adapter. If you decide to use a soundbar, look online for the AY511PA. PA in the name means power adapter.
Thank-you soo much for the kind reply buddy.
The thing is I'm using the Dell monitor for both my PC and PlayStation 3. I already have separate speakers for the PC (surround sound system), however when I connect my PlayStation 3 to the Dell monitor ST2310, there is no sound from the monitor, hence the reason why I have to get a sound-bar to connect to the Dell Monitor.
I would use my surround sound that is connected to the Dell PC tower, however its such a hassle to connect all that to the monitor.
If there is a good soundbar that is suitable with thoe Dell monitor I would really appreciate it. Also where could I buy it from?
Thanks for the help once again,
I am in the USA so not sure about the UK. You should check local stores and amazon online.
Oh right, no problem.
So I take it any sound-bar will be suitable with this monitor?
I'm looking to buy one now on amazon, not sure which one to go for 😞
Thanks for your kind help so far.
No problem Chris,
I appreciate your quick reply to this message.
That is fine, I guess I can place it under my monitor instead.
I have ordered the Dell AX510 soundbar.
Thankyou for your help once again,
