AW2518H, Bright Pixel vs Warranty, Retailer

Hi dear support,

I bought a Dell AW2518H premium gaming monitor from www.x-kom.pl in this month Nov 2017.
After several days of usage, I noticed a blue stuck pixel on black background that has started to annoy me.

it seems to me that this is a "bright" pixel ... but I'm not sure that my monitor has/covered by the Premium Panel Guarantee.
How can i get this info to be sure that I can return it for warranty replacement?

Manufactured on May 26, 2017. So they had it on their shelves for 6 months? I hope that they didn't sell it, then had it returned to them and resold it as new. You can contact them and ask for a new exchange or refund. Per our policy for reseller sold monitors, if you go through us, the replacement will be a refurbished exchange.
