Creaking Sound Coming From New U2412 Monitor

I recently purchased a new 24" Dell U2412m Monitor. It makes an intermittent creaking or crackling sound (sounds like plastic expanding). I have tried the hard reset and reset to Factory Settings, but the noise is still happening once or twice an hour. It is very distracting.

Is there anything I can do to mitigate or should I try to exchange the monitor for another one of the same model?
