As of 1/24/18, version 1.31.1899, when downloaded from here. Note, that link will always have the latest version released by entechtaiwan. It does not state every monitor model that it supports. So if your older Dell monitor does not work with it, you should install the version off of your specific Dell monitor model driver page.

Requires one or more Dell DDC/CI and asset management enabled monitors, and Windows Vista or a newer OS
with a WHQL display driver that supports DDC/CI.
