DELL U2913WM REV00 bought in December 13 sold as new
Hi to all,
I bought a new U2913WM monitor in december 2013. The monitor is now at REV03 and I received one as REV00, manufactured in April 2013. Could by chance DELL sold a refurbished monitor as new to me? I bought from Brazil, the order status passed through the "assemblying" status.

The U2913WM came out as A00 in November 2012. What is the 20 digit serial number on your U2913WM?

Manufactured on April 16, 2013. So it cannot be the original A00 from November 2012. Perhaps when they changed the USB interface and board at the factory, they considered that enough to start A00 again.

Well, it was imported from the US. Just strange. When I bought, dell's internet page stated as new.
