Thank you for your prompt answer. I've tried them all but there has been no improvement. I use Windows10, my devise is up to date, all programs (photoshop, etc) are also up to date, intel core i7, 16G Ram, 64bit.
* Turn the Canvas and computer off
* Disconnect the Canvas from the computer
* Restart the computer
* Turn the Canvas on, then off
* Connect the Canvas to the computer
* Re-calibrate the pen through the Windows calibration settings
I installed the Wacom driver. It didn't worked. Nothing changed. An update just appeared for Canvas pen. I did it and I noticed a slight improvement but nothing substantial. The problem remains! Thank you for your prompt answers. I appreciate it.
