Dell Monitor SE198WFPf --Monitor fell on base about one foot to floor -- and now will now power up. No apparent damage. Any advice?

Apologies that your monitor is not working properly.

Have you tried to take it apart to see if there might be a disconnect between the power cable and the internal plug?  How about the power switch?  Could be something simple.  If not, or you don't have the desire, you can contact the Dell Out of Warranty department for diagnosing, pricing, and repair.

You could also consult a local computer repair shop as well.
