Dell P2417H screen glitch when changing contrast.
I have noticed that after couple of hours on a daily basis I get a weird glitch at the top of the screen like a line. It is not always noticeable in software/games or on desktop, but it is always noticeable when I go ctrl+alt+del and I get that Windows 10 blue screen many.
I did not know what causes it until today when I tried to change contrast level. The glitch changes the shape or "frequency" if I may call it like that, when I change contrast ( video provided for better understanding). The glitch appears at about 74% and changes the shape all the way to 87% and then it disappears.

I also noticed that the glitch goes away when I turn off and turn on the monitor quickly. But after few hours it appears again. ( also provided in the video )
I already tried to reset all settings to default, it did not help. The monitor is connected to PC with DP cable to Asus GTX 780 graphics card. A 40" Samsung TV is also connected to the graphics card and it works normally without problems for 2 years now. Graphics card worked just fine with the old monitor also, so I think it is safe to say that graphics card is not the issue.
I bought this monitor new 2 months ago so it is still under warranty.
Can someone please explain what the problem is and if the warranty covers this problem or "glitch"?

I installed the drivers so I will see if the problem goes away in next few days.
Can you please explain to me exactly what is "registered owner’s name " ?
I will send you all three in private message asap.

Registered owner's name refers to the name on the account registered when the device was purchased. We are asking for the registered owner's name for authenticity purposes.
