ST2420L, turns off?

I've had this for about 18 months now and every 5 minutes the monitor goes black and the LED light at the base turns off. The power and display are restored after about 5 minutes however it is a constant problem. I have tried different power cords and both DVI and VGA ports on the Graphics card but neither of these fixed it. I am running Windows 7 64bit with the latest version of my display driver installed.

Any help is appreciated

Sam

Since the 24" and smaller monitors do not have a Dell Service Tag number, you will need to contact Dell Australia team (1800-812-393) to get the monitor replaced. They will need the following data from you:
Email Address:
Name:
Shipping Address:
Phone Number:
Dell Monitor Order number:
Dell Monitor 20 digit PPID number:
Reason: ST2420L powers off, fails STFC

Disconnect all cabling from the monitor except the power. Does it still turn off?
