Dell U2713H Monitor international warranty support
Hi, I had purchased a Dell monitor from UAE during 2013. For past 2 years, I had not faced any issues with the monitor. Due to travel, I had not used this monitor for about 4 months. Now I see that this monitor has developed a lot of dead pixels on its own. As I live in India, I had initiated the ownership transfer & same was processed few days ago by Dell. Now when I call local Dell support phone, they are telling that Dell monitors do not have International warranty & I need to send it back to UAE for warranty support. Is it true? I have tried resetting the monitor via OSD & also tried with multiple laptops. The issue is with the monitor.
