Dell U2713HM and Asus N56VZ

Dear Dell,

Is it possible to connect my notebook N56VZ via HDMI interface to U2713HM and support the native resolution 2560x1440x60Hz?

N56VZ has no Display Port interface.

Why I want to use U2713HM? Why I don't try to use the monitor with lower resolution?

The main reason is very simple: U2713HM has PWM-flicker free  backlight. It is safe for customer eyes monitor.

Why Dell produces no PWM-ficker free monitors with lower resolution?

Delta456,

Only the DVI-D and DisplayPort can get 2560x1440. HDMI will max out at 1920x1080.


A double space after a period is no longer needed. Today nearly every font on your PC is proportional.
