S2719H, no HDMI signal from your XPS 13-9360
Hello,
I purchased a Dell S2719H monitor. When I try to connect to an XPS 13-9360, it states that it cannot detect a HDMI signal. I am confident it is not the XPS 13-9360 as I have tried four other laptops;
- two using direct HDMI
- two using an adapter to USB-C
and all of them work on another monitor. I am also confident that it is not the HDMI cable which was supplied by Dell. I have tried all the usual things (switching connections, turning off and on etc.). Does anyone have any solutions?

First, click my Dell-name and private message me the service tag numbers for both the S2719H and the XPS 13-9360.
Second, how are you connecting, "two using direct HDMI" ? The XPS 13-9360 does not have an HDMI out port? It only has the left side TB3/USB Type-C out port.
Third, if connecting like this =
XPS 13-9360 TB3/USB Type-C out port --> TB3/USB Type-C to HDMI cable --> S2719H left #3 HDMI 1 in port
You have to press the S2719H Input Source button and check HDMI 1.
