Dual Display with 4k2k UP3214Q and touchscreen P2714T

I have two old Dell 2707WFP monitors running via a Targus Displaylink USB3.0 Dock

My computers are

1) Lenovo Yoga2 PRO with Integrated Intel® HD Graphics 4400, resolution up to 3200 x 1800 and a micro-HDMI out

2) Dell LATITUDE E7240 with HDMI and capable of 1920x1080

Both machines have USB 3.0 which I think is less desirable that Displayport, but should work with some type of display interface.

I want to replace the two 27" monitors with

A) 32" 4k2k UP3214Q and

B) 27" P2714T touchscreen.

I don't think either have DisplayPort upstream connections (the 28" P2815Q does though?)

I'm thinking my best bet is to use some sort of displaylink or USB interface to drive these monitors.

I'd love advice on issues and concerns and recommendations from everyone.
