Save this INF file to your desktop. Direct the device manager to look for it.

I am having the exact same issue as this customer, but the link above (pages.suddenline.net...) is showing a 404 error. Can someone help me with this final step?

Hi -

I get an error message saying that this inf file doesn't support this method of installation. I have also tried updating via the device manager and it says the drivers are up to date. I am trying to correct lines in the monitor screen. Any other options?

Hello,

Same problem here, I just tried to connect my monitor to my vaio pro 13 Win 8 64 and after trying all the above, still having issues to get a proper display.

The link to the driver on the US & French websites are still faulty - sending an error message.

Would love to have a proper fix to this one asap.

Many thanks,

Jacques

hgrap, JacquesReynaud,

The driver I posted was only for XP and Vista. We do not have drivers for Windows 7/8/8.1 for a monitor that started shipping in 2007. Those operating systems should list the monitor as Generic PNP. But you should still be able to do the required resolution of 1920x1200.
