HD ST 2310 MONITOR SCALING
I have a Dell HD ST2310 Monitor. I have an annoying 1" border around the edge. I tried to change the scaling however, the ATI Catalyst Center will not open even though I have the proper driver ATI RAEDEON 4350. When calling for support, the difficult to understand Dell techs will not help until I pay fees. They insist that my monitor is not under warranty when it indeed came with a year warranty. Can anyone help,PLEASE?. THANK YOU

* Open the ST2310 User's Guide
* Click on Operating the monitor
* Click on Using the On-Screen Display (OSD) Menu
* Go to Display Settings and choose Fill
* Exit the OSD Menu
