Is it normal that corners of U2718Q don't fit well?

Hi,

I recently bought a U2718Q from amazon but found out the corner of the panel doesn't fit perfectly with the frame. I don't know if that's designed that way or it's caused by transportation.

This issue exists on four corners, that's why I'm confused.

Concerning Amazon;
* Go back to the top of the Monitors Forum
* Open FAQ Monitor
* Open "Why you should buy a monitor directly from Dell"

Simply stated, Dell cannot guarantee that the retailer/reseller is shipping you a monitor that has not already been returned to them multiple times. Nor will they tell you that they had done this. Any exchange through us for this Amazon sold monitor will be based on the build date in the 20 digit S/N number. So the replacement could be R/U (refurbished/used).

Per the warranty, any replacement monitor exchange setup after the first 30 days from the original build date will be a R/U monitor. A R/U monitor could have any or all of the following and still be acceptable by Dell policy =
* Cosmetic blemishes on the monitor plastics or any part of the bezel
* Less than 6 stuck dark pixel

I would return it to them for refund. Then buy a new one directly from Dell.
