Is it possible for Dell to sell me a replacement stand for a 3008WFP monitor?

I moved recently and sadly the stand/cantilever arm for my 3008WFP has broken while the monitor was in transit. I'm outside of warranty so it's fortunate that the screen seems fine and only the stand has been damaged, but that said I'm having a hard time finding a replacement. I phoned Dell support, hoping that I could order and pay for a replacement on the phone, but I was transferred to a seperate company outside of Dell for parts/spares and the man I spoke to with them said they wouldn't be able to supply one.

I will probably try calling support again after the bank holiday weekend, but in the meantime I'm wondering if anyone here on the forum is in a position to help me out or offer some advice?
