It's been 11 days since Dell confirms canceling my monitor order but charging my card by mistake...still NO REFUND!!! 'Dell Branded Service"!!!

My order number is 524160976  i am still waiting for a refund.  care to tell me another 'Dell Branded' excuse?

 

i cancelled my order on Nov 7 but dell still charged my card that day about $500.  according to dell it may take them two weeks to fix THEIR mess but darn, they are sure quick to take my money!!!

 

as of today, nothing but excuses from dell as to why this happened!  i've bought several (six) systems and monitors and various accessories over the years and this is their way of thanking me.
