Lining up Dual Monitor Panel heights

I currently own a Dell Ultrasharp 24 U2417H

I am looking into purchasing a dell gaming monitor, either the [S2716DGR] 27", or the 24" variant: [S2417DG YNY1D]. 

I would want to have these monitors next to each other in a dual monitor setup, but I want to make sure that the height dimension of each monitor is the same so they line up perfectly. 

I know my Ultrasharp has a ratio of 16:10 and resolution of 1920x1200, but i dont know the height dimension of its panel or the gaming monitor's panel.

so would the Dell gaming 24" or 27" monitor line up with my current 24" Ultrasharp?
