Monitor E207WFP : Digital Input not working
When I plugged my monitor with a DVI cable the screen flicker briefly, but then it went blank and now won't show anything.
There is a display available during boot-up process. The problem start when Windows is loaded.
The monitor works fine when I use the analog input with the DVI/VGA cable.
I removed and reinstalled my graphics drivers ( ATI Radeon X1300 series ).

I did a quick google search for your problem and you don't seem to be alone, unfortunately though I did find lots of people with the same issue I didn't see any solutions. Since you do get video up until windows loads and it works on the VGA port it is most likely a driver problem. Have you talked to ATI support?
