Monitor ST2410 flickering

Hi,

I just got my new st2410 monitor 2 days ago. It is currently connected to my laptop using a VGA cable.

The problem is when I plug my laptop to charge it, the monitor starts flickering. When I remove the laptop's plug from the socket, the monitor stops flickering. Is it

something to do with the voltage regulator of the monitor?

Do you have any solution to my problem? My laptop is an XPS m1530.

Thanks

I am having the same problem on my desktop pc, netbook, and Xbox 360. Although it is only on black moving surfaces. Turning off dynamic contrast doesn't work. I think I'm sending it back, and ask a replacement. Dell disappointed me very much and I don't think I will buy a Dell monitor again. Maybe you guys have any ideas?

It's long, I have the similar question, Would you pls post it here? Anybody can answer it? Thank you!
