Monitor model and panel replacement
Can you tell me what model monitor I have from this serial number: MX-0G283H-74262-8BI-1JDS.
Is there a replacement panel? I have several columns of pixels that are blacked-out. Although it is an older model (purchased in 2008) it has many ports I depend on and am not looking to purchase a new monitor.

That is the 2408WFP monitor. Dell does not sell replacement panels. You will need to look on eBay or similar sites for a seller that has disassembled a 2408WFP.

Thanks for replying. I saw another post regarding 'pink lines and fuzziness' and it mentioned reading the 'read this before posting' at the top of the Monitors forum. I thought I would read through that to see if there may be a resolution to my issue, but I don't see the "read this before posting" link in the monitor forum. There is a link in 'Projectors' - is this the link you were referring to?
