Monitor model number from the serial number?, #3

Sorry to bother you , i have also serial number for Dell monitor i need to know the model number for this :

I have the same issue, and Service tag does not come up with anything. Serial # is CN-0FJ44J-74445-5BO-AZJM-A01
Need to find the model, so I can troubleshoot why the Padlock icon keeps flashing. This belongs to one of our remote users, so I can't see what buttons are on his screen, or assist.

Possible ways to unlock =
* Press the #3 Menu button for 15 seconds
* Press the #4 Exit button for 15 seconds
* Press both the #3 Menu and #4 Exit buttons for 15 seconds
* Enter the monitor OSD (On Screen Display) -Others, look for Menu Lock, choose Unlock
