Need to get my replacement for ST2320L

But it seems like without my order number, i cant get it for replacement.

Is there any other way ?

All the receipt, invoices was thrown away, also cant get the purchase history base on my account.

The monitor is offically dead, cant power up , replaced power cord, changed the power socket, all is not working.

Your IP says your in Singapore. You should contact Dell Order Support for your region. Have them do a DellServ search for your name, shipping address, or phone number. If you bought the monitor from us, that information should come up.

Why not? What did Order Support say when they tried to look up your order number via a name, shipping address, phone number search?
