P2014H, factory reset, USB options unavailable

Hi everyone! I am having a problem and I really need your feedback.

I have recently purchased two used Dell P2014H monitors and they are working great.

However, due to my stupidity, I have Factory Reset one of the two monitors and now I see that the one that was factory reset has totally disabled the USB options found on the monitor's menu "Energy Settings", whereas the other one has the USB options enabled.

For your information I have installed on my computer the original dell drivers for both monitors and I have also installed the Dell monitor manager. I have done nothing else.

Is there a way to fix this issue after the factory reset that I did? Is this behavior normal? Is it a firmware thing that I need to flash the monitor in order to fix the USB option? Please note that I have searched for a firmware for the P2014H but found nothing.

Please help me!

I have found the issue.

The USB upstream cable needs to be unplugged in order for the USB options to be enabled inside the monitor's menu "Energy Settings". So the factory reset is not at fault.

Please close or delete the issue.
