P2214Hb, will not power on
Serial Number - CN-0T0RN6-74261-63S-7YRS

My Laptop was out of Dock for a few weeks, loaded to dock and only one of my monitors lit up. It looked like power button not lit up, checked plugs all looked good. disconnected, moved to another location used a known working power cord, still no light, did not come up. Was using VGA port on this monitor, Second monitor was on DVI-D port. Do not think that is relevant at this point.

* Disconnect every cable from the monitor including the power cable
* If a mechanical button, press and hold in the power button for 15 seconds. If not, just wait 30 seconds
* Reconnect only the power cable to the monitor
* Attempt to power it on. If no LEDs appear and nothing on the screen, it is defective. Read this
