P2314H uniformity problem

Hi,

I just bought the P2314H an is having some weird uniformity problems, on right side the colors look a bit washed or cooler and on the left side they look warmer and more pronounced. On every preset is the same  problem, no matter what i do  the problem persists, is it possible to have a bad panel, should i ask for a replacement? The panel is made somewhere in Europe, Poland or Slovakia don't know for sure.
