Can two P2415Q monitors be configured this way?
* Main video signal from PC to primary P2415Q using HDMI cable
* Then primary P2415Q and secondary P2415Q connected together with DP cable

No. To utilize the primary P2415Q to secondary P2415Q via the usage of the P2415Q DP MST (Multi-Stream Transport), the source PC video out port must be DP or mDP. See page 24 in the online P2415Q User's Guide =
In your case, each P2415Q will need its own video out port from the PC. Or install a video card that has DP out port or mDP out port.
