To help us troubleshoot the issue, we need more data.
* Were these P2417H's purchased directly from Dell? If not, then from which reseller? * What are the 20 digit s/n and A0x revision? Check the back labels
* To what computer model are the the P2417H's attached? * What operating system is installed on the computer? * What video card/GPU is installed in the computer? * What video OUT ports are on the video card/GPU? * List all monitor cables and adapters attached to the computer and the ports they are using and how they are connecting to the P2417H's. For example = Computer video card GTX 1080 DP out port --> P2417H DP to DP cable --> P2417H DP in port Computer USB port --> P2417H USB upstream cable --> P2417H USB upstream port
* Once connected, press the P2417H Menu button to open the OSD (On Screen Display) * Go to Others * Choose Factory Reset to reset all settings to the factory preset values * Go up to Color- Preset Modes * Check/choose Custom Color * Lower the RGB levels to 92 * Go to Display * Set Response Time to Fast * Exit the OSD and retest
Have you managed to fix it somehow? I have the same issue. And it looks like "small amout" (right, Apple?) of other people as well. I didn't think that Dell would release such a bad monitor.

Do this testing for both P2417H.
