P2419HC, updated firmware, now I can't charge my laptop
Hi,
My P2419HC was working fine and charging my laptop. On last Thursday I updated the firmware, since then the P2419HC won't charge my laptop. Otherwise the P2419HC works fine. How can I restore this ability to the P2419HC? Can I have an older firmware to go back to? Any help will be greatly appreciated,
EDIT: I took down the brightness from 75 to 55 and now its charging again.

- P2419HC service tag number
- P2419HC 20 digit serial number
- Your full name, shipping address, phone, email address
- If this P2419HC was not purchased directly from Dell by you, you have to fill out the Ownership Transfer form
