P2717H, warranty, Dubai to India

I bought a Dell P2717H monitor from Dubai, and transported to India. But, when I switch ON the monitor it shows a white screen. It is in warranty. Can I claim for replacement? I already asked customer care but there response was not positive. Can you please help me in this case? I have already invested all my money in system and monitor. Please help me!
