I bought a used Dell 2005 FPW from a german online auction and confirmed with seller and Dell that the warranty would be ok.
I didn't really bother with the backlight problem untill I realized it had burnt a dark patch on my screen. Now, I've been trying to contact Dell Finland by email, but haven't received any answer. When I tried calling the number provided on the website, my call wasn't answered. Basically I've been filling the form on Dell's website for TWO months now and calling them occasionally, but hearing nothing in return.
