Hi! I'm from Chennai, India. My S2216H monitor is 11 months old. It was working fine and while I was using it, the monitor suddenly started to flicker with weird vertical and horizontal lines. The color of the taskbar started to drag to the center of the screen. I disconnected the HDMI cable and still the standby screen and the Dell logo appeared distorted. Anyway, I called the toll free number to avail my warranty and it said my express service code couldn't be recognized. So how do I avail my warranty now? I can't email because the website didn't recognize the express service code too. Help!
