S2240T, Windows 10, touch not working

Touch has not worked since I upgraded to Windows 10 several years ago but didn't bother me. I now have a need for the Touch to work. I do not believe my cable has changed either. Connected via HDMI.

Any solutions anyone can offer?

Even though both the XPS 8700 and S2240T are out of warranty, I can offer some troubleshooting. Per the S2240T User's Guide, to enable Touch, the S2240T USB upstream cable must be connected from the S2240T USB upstream port and the other end connected to the PC USB port. Have you done this?
