S2417DG, A05, GTX 780 Ti, not OC 165Hz
Mine (Rev A05 / Manufactured Date: Jan 2018) doesn't want to overclock. I (think I) tried everything, no chance. I also had this problem as in the other thread - with the black screen. Their advice helped, but only with the black screen. Windows still won't show me the 165Hz option.
Please help.

Started a new thread.
The maximum refresh rate for the 5 year old 2013 GTX 780 Ti is 144Hz. You need to get a newer GeForce 9 or 10 series video card. You should ask the users on the GeForce Hardware forum for their opinions.
