S2417DG, Burn-in, flashing colors
Hello,
When I turn my Dell S2417DG on it is flashing colors (red, green, blue, white and black).
When I power on my pc it loads to destop, and the color settings are reset to default.
The monitor menu is the factory menu when I go into it. I have unchecked the burn in pattern box, but every time the monitor is turned off and on again, the monitor keeps flashing the colors and the color settings are back to default again.
Apart from this the monitor is working fine, I appreciate any help.

Based on your troubleshooting, it should be exchanged.

I have arranged my monitor return. The replacement has came this morning.
When I was talking to the Dell Customer Support person on the phone, explaining what was wrong with my monitor. He said I keep the cables and stand, and I just send the screen back.
It's just today when the replacement came, it came with a new stand and screen.
Should I send the stand back with the faulty screen?

No. Just send the panel itself. You will not be charged for the additional stand.

How long did it tale for dell to send a replacement?
