I bought a S2419HM monitor from Newegg. When I tried to register, the system shows no match for either Service tag/Express Service Code. Any support staff can give a helping hand.

I have tried but got the same message. Invalid Service Tag A Service Tag you have entered is invalid. Please enter a different sevice tag in order to proceed to the next step
I have input the service tag on my monitor but the system tag it as invalid. I cannot proceed further and have already follow the instruction (send the photo of the monitor's service tag with Newegg invoice) sent from forum DCFAdmin. But no news since then.....
Can anyone dell staff help on this issue....
