S2421HGF FreeSync using P2419HC DP throughput?

Basically what the title says. My girlfriend recently got a P2419HC monitor from work. I was looking for a gaming equivalent monitor from Dell. The S2421HGF looks identical physically so would love to have it side by side. I would like to be able to use the DisplayPort throughput on the P2419HC to connect to the S2421HGF. But I would also like FreeSync to be enabled on the S2421HGF when using it on my gaming PC. Would this be possible?

So ideally, PC > DP > P2419HC (DP In) > P2419HC (DP Out) > DP > S2421HGF
