S2719DGF, DDM, Please connect a supported Dell Monitor
Only have one monitor, DDC/CI is enabled. Not sure why it's not being picked up? Video card is a AMD Radeon 5700. Resolution is 1440p 144Hz.

Its likely its not being picked up because you are connecting to an AMD Radeon 5700 over DisplayPort. This is a known issue with the current AMD drivers that can only be fixed on AMD's side. If possible, using HDMI for the time being, until a new driver is released for the AMD Radeon 5700.

This is probably it. I did originally use an HDMI, but wanted 144 mhz so I switched to displayport to get it. Loss of DDM is ok for now. Thank you!
