S2719DM, stuck in PSM when turning PC on
My Dell S2719DM is stuck in PSM (power saving mode) every time I turn on my PC. I already tried by changing the power setting on my PC to maximum and moving my mouse or pressing the keyboard. But nothing changed. I realized that the color and brightness is dim and not as bright as its suppose to be.

* Click my name and private message me the S2719DM service tag number and 20 digit alphanumeric serial number
* Was this S2719DM purchased new directly from Dell?
* What PC model?
* What operating system?
* What AMD video card?
* Does the video card have more than one HDMI out port?
* Did you test both of the S2719DM HDMI in ports?

1) it's brand new. I bought it from online shop
2) i'm sorry. I dont really know my pc model is. It's quite new actually
3) windows 10 pro 64-bit
4) i use nvdia gtx 1080ti founder's edition
5) my gpu only has 1 hdmi out port.
What should i do? Is there a way to turn off the power saving mode? Sorry if im not being very helpful here since it's my first time to have a pc.

The S2719DM does not have any PSM (power save mode) controls. It is all done from the PC.
* Test both of the S2719DM HDMI in ports
* Test another HDMI to HDMI cable
* Test both of the S2719DM HDMI in ports with Smart HDR turned Off (page 26)
