S3220DGF, custom settings for HDMI1 vs HDMI2?
I just purchased a S3220DGF and wasn't able to find any information in the manual about custom settings based on the input. Is it possible to have different display settings (color, contrast, etc) based on the various inputs I have connected?

I do not see such an option in the Menu. This means that the S3220DGF Menu- Brightness/Contrast, Preset Modes etc. apply to all of the Inputs (HDMI 1/HDMI 2/DP).

While you cannot do this with the OSD, you could effectively do it with Dell Display Manager, which stores its settings by input (among other variables). Whether this is helpful or not really depends on whether both inputs are connected to Windows platforms, and exactly what settings you want when one is active as compared to the other.
