SE198WFPF with 256MB DDR ATI Radeon 9800 XT?
I just purchased an SE198WFPF monitor my current Dell XPS system has an 256MB DDR ATI Radeon 9800XT Graphics card --- will this graphics card work with this new monitor?

It should... but the issue is whether your graphic card will support a resolution of 1440 x 900. That's the native resolution of the SE198WFPF at which it should be set to look its best. If the card doesn't show support for that resolution, try updating the video driver (from ATI). It's a recent enough card that it should support the required resolution with updated drivers.

Thanks for your reply RChris --- I did as you advised and updated the driver - with download available from the ATI website. After running the driver install - my 'Control Panel - Display - Settings' tab did indeed give my the option/choice of setting the resolution to 1440 x 900!!
Excited for the monitor to arrive now -- thanks so much for your time and help!!
