The 2009 SX2210T was never tested/validated with Windows 10. What specific computer model? Did this SX2210T Touch functionality work before on the validated Windows XP/Vista/7? Dell only provided the Windows non-touch monitor driver (inf/icm/cat). The Touch capability drivers are built into the Windows operating system chipset drivers.
Drivers for this monitor keeps being changed from NextWindow Voltron to NextWindow 1950 with each major update to Windows 10. I run three OS's on my SX2210T's and only Windows 10 keeps losing Touch control by this change (Windows 7 keeps the driver to the Voltron driver). I have to keep going in after a major update and change it back. I have had to do this since Windows 10 came out.
The driver is under Human Interface Devices in the Device Manager. If NextWindow 1950 is listed, select it (double click, or right click and chose properties, etc.) and go to the Properties page. Choose the driver tab and then the 'Update Driver' button. Then choose 'Browse my computer....' and 'Let me pick from a list....' The different NextWindow driver will show and choose the Voltron driver.
Be aware that you may have to download the 'NextWindow Voltron' driver before doing the above.
