Stuck at 60Hz using HDMI 2.0b?

My monitor is stuck at 60Hz. I recently upgraded my GPU after owning the monitor one month. Previously, I would expect this to be 60Hz due to my old GPU's ports. The new GPU's output is HDMI 2.0b connected to the provided HDMI cable from the monitor into the RIGHT HDMI port.
