U2412M, revision

I bought this monitor, and on the back it has 2 serial number. It's A00 revision, but on the CD says it's A05 revision. Is this monitor refurbished?

olikomerc,

It only has one serial number, CN-00FFXD-74261-3AB-1KFS. The other label has the Dell part numbers. The CDs are just dropped in the box by the manufacturer. I doubt that they match the revisions. If you purchased it from the Dell Outlet, it is refurbished. Your U2412M monitor was manufactured on October 11, 2013.

Thanks Chris M,

Im from Macedonia, and I bought it from AmacoNET (http://www.amaconet.com/), I don't know where are they supplies from.

So now does this mean that my monitor is refurbished?

And the revision A00 v2 is that mean that the monitor has been replaced?

Did you sell monitors directly to AmacoNET?

And can you tell me from the serial number, where this monitor has been sold, which company or country?

Thanks.

* There is no way to know since you did not buy it from Dell directly.

And the revision A00 v2 is that mean that the monitor has been replaced?
* Dell never replaced it because Dell only sold it once to AmacoNET. We have no clue as to how many customers might have purchased it from AmacoNET and returned it to them.

There is no way from the monitor serial number to know where/whom/when AmacoNET bought the monitor.
